These Terms and Conditions describe the rules that govern use of the LegionBet platform and the relationship between our company and people who register accounts. We set out requirements for account use, verification, deposits and withdrawals, promotions and the steps we may take where account activity or behaviour gives cause for concern. Account holders must provide accurate, complete and up‑to‑date information during registration and at any time when we request verification documents. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. To open and operate an account you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to form a contract in your place of residence. You must not be located in a jurisdiction where use of the service is prohibited. We may refuse registration or restrict access where local law prevents participation. We may also apply identity, age and address verification checks before allowing deposits, play or withdrawals.
Users must not abuse the platform or attempt to manipulate games, bonuses, or account balances. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, collusion, use of automated tools or bots, attempts to influence game outcomes, chargebacks, supplying forged documents and any action intended to exploit system weaknesses. Reasonable use of features such as chat and help functions is expected; abusive or threatening behaviour may result in account restriction.
Promotions and bonuses are provided subject to specific promotional terms. Where a promotion applies, those terms set out eligibility, any required bonus code, wagering or playthrough requirements, game eligibility, contribution rates, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active and expiry rules. Unless a promotion states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an account at a time. We reserve the right to cancel, amend or refuse promotional offers where misuse, error or suspected abuse is identified.
Deposits must originate from a payment method in the name of the account holder. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. We may require identity and source‑of‑fund documentation before processing withdrawals and may hold funds pending completion of checks. Standard withdrawal limits and processing rules apply; temporary limits or delays may be imposed for security, anti‑money laundering or fraud‑prevention purposes. Any fees or charge recovery applicable to a transaction will be set out in the cashier.

If internal resolution is not achieved, parties may consider independent legal advice or other dispute‑resolution options available under the law that governs these Terms. We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will publish updated terms and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continued use of the service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where significant changes affect rights materially, we will provide a reasonable notice period before they take effect.
References to Legion Bet or our platform in these Terms mean the operator and services to which you have registered access.
